David Streeter
David Streeter is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The Holy Cross College and Cum Laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
As David’s clients, family and friends know, he is committed to the success of all those he serves. David’s focus is on Real Estate transactions drafting Purchase Agreements, Leases, Land Contracts, Assignments, Deeds and other transactional documents- often using his experience and creativity to complete complicated transactions.
David also provides small business solutions from the time of company formation to structural advice and transactional assistance as his clients’ businesses grow.
David credits much of his success to the love and support of his wife, Stacey. David and Stacey are raising four wonderful children, Cole, Kyleigh, Willa and Isabelle.
Jim Petropouleas
Jim Petropouleas is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College and Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
Jim’s open-door approach to advising clients often results in hedging off issues for clients before they escalate into potentially costly and burdensome litigation.
Jim specializes in landlord-tenant law with a focus in residential leaseholds. He represents a wide range of landlords from the landlord with retirement income properties to landlords with hundreds of properties.
Jim practices extensively in local municipal courts and has gained the respect of many tribunals due to his candor and his efficiency. He has encountered numerous complicated landlord-tenant cases with composure and success by finding creative solutions.
Jim is thankful for his success and gives back to the community by volunteering his know-how in a local drug court’s civil law clinic.
